Replace all Amarr racial skills with Gallentean ones. If the player has that skill, then the better stays. Delete all npc sell orders of Amarr items. Declare Amarr as an npc race. Done.

I saw Xlarge batteries on EVE-DB. If they are available on TQ or they'll be, then i think lasers will be better than rails on apoc because of the laser's lower cpu requirement. With these batteries you can make 10k+ cap with 500s or less recharge ...

I'm new to EVE and can't even fly a BS, but i made some calculations on Apoc with lasers and rails. All skills that modify weapon's stats are at level 5. With the new changes Apoc can fit 7 Mega Beams or 6 Tachyons or 8 425mm Rails without any cpu...
